We created this place by the sea and forest out of a love for nature, simplicity, and a sense of inner balance.
Here you can breathe fresh air, hear the sound of waves, and wake up to the singing of birds.
Our cottages combine coziness and modern eco-comfort: a jacuzzi under the stars, a spacious pool, and a unique spherical capsule hidden among the pine trees. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed—from natural materials to soft lighting and panoramic windows offering views of the sea and sky.
Near the cottages, you can encounter deer, squirrels, foxes, and endless silence.

A unique spa retreat on the west coast of Sweden, where the forest meets the sea.
Between Skrea and Tylösand, just 250 meters from Longasand Beach, you’ll find a private resort where nature, serenity, and luxury blend in perfect harmony.
Enjoy the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, dome, forest, and ocean view — all created for relaxation, connection, and well-being.
☀️ We invite you to relax on our sunny terrace of 300 m², with a large swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Unwind in the natural dome under the dancing stars or sway in a handmade hammock net between the trees with a view of the sea.
At the back of the house, you’ll find our wellness spa area — a peaceful retreat designed for pure relaxation:

Nearby, you will also find padel courts (equipment included), golf courses, an outdoor gym, and scenic walking trails through the forest and along the coastline.
🌊We also provide SUP boards and clothing, so guests can enjoy stand-up paddle surfing right from the shore.
🏡 Accommodation
Villa “Beach” (160 m²) accommodates up to 12 guests and offers 5 bedrooms, spacious living areas, a cozy fireplace, and sea views.
From the large kitchen, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the forest.
Cottage “Beach” (45 m²) – a newly built cottage featuring a bedroom, loft, bathroom, and a kitchen overlooking the pool and the sea.
For larger groups, there is an additional guest room (25 m²) with a double bed, loft, kitchen, bathroom, and a private terrace.
Additional small cabins with double beds are also available upon request.
